Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://trueshineinfo.com/ website (the “Site”) and contracting any cleaning services from True Shine Cleaning Pro LLC (“True Shine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

2. Service Agreement and Limitations of Liability

Service Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by you. The final price may be adjusted upon arrival if the property condition or scope of work differs significantly from the initial estimate.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for service cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, equal to a percentage of the service cost.
Damages: True Shine is insured and bonded. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, we reserve the right to inspect, repair, or replace the item up to the limits of our liability insurance policy. We are not liable for damage resulting from faulty equipment provided by the client or pre-existing conditions.
Safety: We reserve the right to deny or reschedule service if the environment is deemed unsafe (e.g., biohazards, excessive clutter, hoarding conditions).

3. Website Use

Intellectual Property: The content, logo, name “True Shine Cleaning Pro LLC,” and design of the Site are the exclusive property of True Shine and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

4. Non-Solicitation of Employees

You acknowledge that True Shine invests significant time and resources in recruiting, training, and retaining its employees. You agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or contract any current or former employee of True Shine to provide cleaning services to you for a period of twelve (12) months following the last date that True Shine provided you with service. A violation of this clause will subject you to a recruitment fees.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to the Site or services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Monroe County, Indiana.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site.
